TMNET TEMPORARY SERVICE DISRUPTION DUE TO INTERNATIONAL LINK OUTAGE
This is to notify that TM Net Sdn Bhd, is currently experiencing a service disruption, which may result in minor degradation of its services. Services affected are mainly tmnet streamyx and dial up customers.
TM Net Sdn Bhd was informed by its international link providers that the disruptions were caused by a submarine cable cut in Taiwan which affects some of TM Net’s international circuits, primarily to the US and Japan.
